Our professional team has extensive transaction and operating experience acquired through careers in the private equity investment practice, management consulting, and in positions as CEOs and CFOs of manufacturing companies.

Markus Isenrich, founder of FMG, has spent approximately 30 years in management consulting, manufacturing and private equity.  Prior to his 14 years in private equity with FMG, he successfully turned around two US manufacturing companies, spent 10 years in management consulting with Helbling Management Consulting and Boston Consulting Group in Europe, and worked with manufacturing start-up companies in West Africa.  Markus studied in both St. Gallen, Switzerland and London, England, and received his MBA and his PhD in economics from the University of St. Gallen.

Cyndi Kiernan, is a financial analyst and has worked at FMG since inception.  She has worked in finance and private equity for over 20 years and supports FMG and its portfolio companies with financial analysis.  She received her BS in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth and has passed the CPA exam.

Barbara Miller, supports FMG in its administration and deal flow.
